Glad to see everyones doing ok over here! sorry i left you guys, Ive been following black all week trying to get fd for my october trip, managed to snag a business room at CSR!

HELP Please

Last night I got a fastpass+ rezzie for lunch for sept 4 using the link on the OP. I thought all was ok until I restarted my browser and proceeded to login to my rezzies. I got this

Multiple Disney accounts are associated with this email address. To retrieve a list of your Disney accounts—and designate a primary account—
visit the Recover Member Name page.

So I had them email me the accounts and there were 2-both dating back to 2004/2005 and neither are what I have been using for this trip(nor what I used for my 2007 trip)

They all have the same email address but different passwords. Any ideas what I need to do?

Change the email addresses of the old accounts to alternate email addresses.

Alternately, do you have one set as the Primary? I've got several, but I have one as a Primary and I've not run into this issue (yet?). A couple are for my kids, but I get the emails.

If you are not seeing the account you are actually using, could it be possible that it has a different email address than you think but it still getting to you?

Otherwise I think you need to contact IT to get it straightened out. I'd be concerned about doing the "I no longer use this account" if your "real" account isn't showing up.

I am think what has happened is that I am from Canada and rezzies are are booked on the Canadian site but when I did the fastpass+ bookings it took me back to my old, old account on the American site

Definitely not the case though because I was given the option and I was not fast pass + testing.

Not in FP+ but just read about using DME to make ressie. Worked for me for 8/27 11:40am.

Not on the August Fastpass+ trial, not using DME, staying at OKW on our points and have PAPs. So essentially, a room only reservation through DVC MS and we were able to book 10:40 to 10:55 on August 15th.

We're not going until October but I tried with my dvc number and it wouldn't let me enter.
