Pick A Pearl, Settings Question.

Im just curious, does anyone have a list of the types and prices of the settings you can get at the Japan Pavillion. This will be our 3rd trip but first time doing the Pick a Pearl. I have seen several different types of Pearl cages on other sites that were reasonably priced so i am just trying to see if I should buy one ahead of time or wait until we are there?

When is your trip? I will be there next week and would be happy to send you some prices. I don't think there is a list of what's available and the prices. I would think it would be difficult due to changing styles and suppliers of jewelry.

I know The Pearl Factory has settings from $9.99 all the way up to $1000+ so I would assume Japan would have the same.

easywdw.com has pictures of the cases of settings and you can zoom in and see the prices. Very helpful!

We were there last week and i did my pearl in Japan. I got mine done as a dangle off of my initial. It was around $32. I didn't buy a chain from them I figured that I could find one cheaper somewhere else or I had one at home. The only thing that surprised me was that they charged me a $1.75 for a box to put it in!

Can anyone point me to this info on the easywdw site. I'm not familiar with it, went there and searched and got nothing.

We. Just did pick a pearl a couple weeks ago. The kids loved it! I believe the settings ranged from $20 to $300+. Please pay attention to what you buy though! We lost one of the pearls within 3 days. The part of the setting that goes over the chain was not a solid piece and somewhere, it fell off the chain. We almost lost a second pearl when my daughter gave her friend a hug. The setting fell off the chain but luckily we found it and that's when I realized how easy it was for the setting to fall off the chain. I'm not saying any of this to discourage anyone from doing the pick a pearl, I just want you to be aware and really examine the settings before purchasing them.
