I had a similar idea, started a thread, and the response was mostly against the idea. This is my post.

I booked a dummy date while onboard so I will get a slight discount. Keep in mind that this will be our 3rd/4th cruise this year and I have been on the Wonder, Dream, and Magic so far.
These are the options that I am considering.
Fantasy 7 night Eastern Caribbean 11/16-11/23. St. Marteen, St. Thomas, Castaway Cay
Magic 5 night Western Caribbean & 4 night Bahamas 11/15-11/20 & 11/20-11/24 Grand Cayman, Cozumel, Key West, Castaway Cay
Magic 5 night Western Caribbean & Dream 3 night Bahamas 11/15-11/20 & 11/21-11/24 with a night spent at WDW on the 20th. Grand Cayman, Cozumel, Nassau, Castaway Cay

We are driving, so transportation is no issue and I have been to Nassau, Castaway Cay, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel. So, tell me which option would you choose and why.

P.S. All options are basically the same price.

I also want to chime in and say this is a good idea. Make sure you write a trip report on how it went when you return.

Let's just hope that the Magic doesn't change too much beyond cosmetics during Dry Dock or it might end up being like being on the same ship.

I figured I'll do Palo on the Magic, for both brunch & Dinner.
Then, I'll hit Remy on the Dream with help from Conceirge to score both Brunch & Dinner.
I actually do really want to try both the Aquadunk and the Aquaduck - I just wish I was two inches shorter so I could do the Mickey slide.
