T-Rex/Yak and Yeti question

I posted this in the dining forum, but I think I may get faster input here. I have a Landry's $50 gift card, and I will be going to both T-Rex and Yak & Yeti during my upcoming trip. Which restaurant should I pay OOP completely and which one would be a better use of the gift card?

Do you have to use the entire gift card at one time? I would take a look at the menus for both places and see which one is more likely to cost more. Both restaurants have some expensive and some less expensive items, so it'll depend on what you order.
