Just keep in mind they can be very obstructed. Great location though, easy access to kids clubs.

Our family has sailed in both 5022 & 5024 as well as 5522 & 5524. If I remember correctly, 5022/5522 are the least obstructed with 5024/5524 being almost totally obstructed with no chance of any kind of view. (For someone not needing a connecting room, 5020/5520 have the very best 'obstructed view.') These Secret Porthole Rooms used to be quite a deal, but not so much anymore. The category/pricing changes that came along with the addition of the new ships affected the pricing on these Classic Ship rooms greatly and 10a is now nearly the same price as an unobstructed cat 9. It used to be that they were priced several hundred dollars less. *The wonderful thing about these rooms is they are in close proximity to the kids clubs (5022/5024 are THE absolute closest staterooms on the ship), as well as being close to the dining rooms, the Walt Disney theater, etc... You are also in a location where you are very close to the elevators/stairs, but you don't have a lot of traffic outside your door, as there are only a few rooms further forward that use these hallways.
