Free quick service dining staying in a mod?

When they offer fd when staying at a mod you usually get regular dining. My question is can you switch it to the quick service if the regular does not work for your needs?

You will get the regular DDP, but you can use it as though it was the QSDP. They will use up each of your QS credits first, and when those are gone, they will begin using your TS credits. You can use TS credits on a straight 1 to 1 ratio for QS meals anywhere on property as of Jan. 1, 2012.

I think you can use TS credits for QS meals, so if you wanted to eat at all QS locations you would be free to do so with the regular plan. You would still have the option of table service though, so I don't think you'd want to downgrade the plan when there's no other benefit to it.

The upgrade to a Mod and a chance at a few TS meals sounds good to us.

They will not let you downgrade even if you wanted to, and I agree...it would be better to have the flexibility anyway.
