Multi family trip questions

We are two families, 10 people, 1 wheelchair and 3 rooms. How do we book multiple rooms that are tied together for dining etc but separate for credit card etc.

Also we have two teenage dds and the other family has one. Realistically the 3 girls will stay in one room. Should we book it that way or leave the other girl with her parents and let them "sleepover"?

We have done this several times.

1. Each family should book their own room independently. After everything is booked, have one person call with all the booking numbers. DCL will link the cabins for dining, which just means you will be seated together. All charges will be separate.

2. I suggest have the other girl booked in her parents' room and "sleepover." Then her charges will go to her parents. Also, she will then get a KTTW card for her parents' room, so she can easily come and go there and access her stuff. You can get an extra KTTW card for your room for her, one without charging privileges, from guest services. Might even be able to get it when you check in, but I won't swear to that.

You can link any rooms together for dining. Book the cabins you want for your families and then tell DCL or your travel agent to link them for dining.

You can't book a room for 3 teens. It sounds like you and DH will each be booked into a room with your teens, and then the other girl can sleep where she wants (as can your kids and your DH)

We just traveled as 2 families of 5 spread over 3 rooms. My nephew was registered in a room with my husband and our youngest son, but all of the nephew's charges (gratuities, castaway cay activities) were assigned to my brother-in-law (nephew's father). I can't remember if that information was determined during online check-in or sometime earlier in the reservation process.
