You know what I think is funny about myself- when it comes to exercising with friends I tend to get jealous of their weight loss. I know I am awful!

I guess what works for me is seeing the exercises get easier so I can push my body farther the next time.
I DO get burn out when I fly into new exercises/ eating habits. It is so true to just try and eat better.
I don't have much motivation at the moment. But I keep plugging along, knowing that every small step leads me closer to being healthier.
