Disney Florist in room celebration packages

So we're thinking of going in November 2014. We're in the UK, so those packages are out now. We will be there for my son's 9th birthday. His sister's birthday is in August, so she often gets to celebrate in the US on vacation. He complains that he never does, and he's right. We thought we might do a little extra for him and do an in room birthday package.

Does anyone know if you can change what's in the presents? At 9 I'm not sure he'll be that in to things like a big plush toy but he'd probably love something Star Wars unless he changes a lot in the next 18 months.

We're also debating getting a little something for his sister, just so she gets something special from Mickey and Co too. Does that sound like a silly idea?

Yes, you can change what items are included. We did it for our kids birthday trip this past January.
