I have mid length (~3 inches below my shoulders) wavy hair. I usually end up with it in a messy bun on the top of my head. Otherwise I get too hot with it on my neck.

I usually pin it up off of my shoulders so that my neck can breath. I have shoulder length hair and it can get hot. I usually also add a head band to hold back any loose hairs that fall out of the pin so that they stay out of my face. I usually do this all summer long as well.

Brazilian Blowout, which I budget into our overall trip cost.

My hair is about 2" below my shoulders, thick and confused: sometimes it's curly, sometimes it's wavy, but the one thing it isn't confused about is its uncontrollable frizziness.

The humidity can be at 15% and it goes haywire. Before I started with the BB I would wash it at night, wet it in the morning and use an unimaginable amount of styling products to control the frizz. Hairspray and a fine tooth comb were always packed in my handbag as I really wasn't going to walk into a signature looking like I had walked through a wind tunnel to get there. Basically, it was a nightmare (and not just in WDW, at home too - in fact the only place I've never had a problem with the frizzies was in Vegas).

Then the BB came out and I wavered back and forth between getting it done. I did and my jaw hit the floor. For a solid 4-5 months I can walk out of my house with my hair wet (I don't) and when it dries there isn't a flyaway in sight. I can get caught in a downpour with the same end result. I dry my hair in the morning and it's still straight, shiny and frizz-free when I roll into bed at night. It's a great investment for those with hair like mine!

I just had this done today for the second time and made my next appointment for 2 weeks before our trip for this exact reason! I still can't believe I can just wash my hair, quickly blowdry and have straight silky hair - no straighteners required!!!

My bff has hair like OP. She usually slicks it back with gel, puts it in a pony tail and either dons a baseball cap or just goes with it slicked back. Sometimes she'll straighten it and put it in a pony tail.

I have straight hair, short but, not so short I can't put it up. I'll do pony tail with a cap.

If we go out at night for dinner or whatever, I use a product called Got To B Glued, run it through wet hair and it makes it get spikey/frizzy. BFF will usually straighten it or let it down.

Prices have definitely come down since it was first introduced. Shop around local salons that offer the service to see who offers the best price and if any of them are currently running a special (a salon near me frequently offers $75 off which brings the cost down to $125, not completely cheap but a far cry from the original $500 price tag just a couple of years ago!). Check out your local Groupon website too. When BB was still fairly new with a fairly high price tag, another local salon here ran a deal for one for $100.

I have wavy hair that is a nightmare in the humidity (we always go to WDW in August) so I wash my hair in the morning, and then pull it into a wet bun and go for the day. I don't like to waste time getting my hair fixed up rather than heading to the parks and I know from experience that nothing I do will last anyway.

I will also book character breakfasts and do my hair those mornings, so I get a few decent vacation pics, and then toss it into a ponytail after breakfast.

High ponytail for regular days, and low one or half-up half-down when I wear my Ears. Oh, but last time I went I had short hair and it was a breeze to take care of-I just brushed it, hit it with a little hairspray, and out I went. My hair is past my shoulders now and I'm thinking of cutting it again specifically for Disney.

Barber Shop short. For myself, it's the only way to go.
