4/26 Come & Gone and still in progress!

My son is still in progress for his engineering fall PI! Was 4/26 really the deadline, or was that just a rumor? Do any of you think he still has a chance, or was he forgotten? Oh and he has never had a phone interview! Very frustrating! If you're not interested, Disney, just let him go NLIC!!

I am in the same boat. For a different PI though. I was told by the lady during my interview no later then the April 26th. Although, I got an email about a week ago saying that they are still looking at applications.

Though I'm not too worried because I'm doing the DCP for Fall Advantage so. xD

Professional Internships operate much more differently than the CP. When I did my internship, I interviewed, accepted, and started in less than a 5 day span. You can be offered at any time. Its a major PITA, but thats how it works.

When I worked as an Intern for College Housing years ago, we were hearing of offers going out for various roles upto the day before check-in.

Hang on and be patient

Wow! A 5 day span!? That's pretty crazy - but also very encouraging! Thanks for your response. If he got it, it would mean delaying graduation for a semester, which he is ok with, but if he doesn't get it, that's ok too. He just keeps on applying every semester, until he can't anymore!
