Lay Over at Toronto Pearson

We are laying over in Toronto on our way to DW on of all days Mother's Day.

Any good places we can take my wife for a Mother's Day meal in the airport?

We will have just shy of 4 hours in between flights.

Since you will probably have to clear customs, in the 4 hours doesn't leave you enough time to leave the airport.

If you don't want to eat in the airport, the Sheraton (across from T3) has a restaurant. I've never eaten there, but I'm sure the pricing is equivalent (or more) to the airport restaurants. You would have time to take the train there even if you are in T1.

Most of the restaurants are after customs. I can only think of food court types before. In T1, we normally eat a the Molson Pub. Not because it's cheap, but because it is pretty much the only sit-down restaurant. The food is acceptable.

As for T3 restaurants, it's been a while so I can't remember but I'm sure there is something along the lines of the Molson Pub there as well.

Most (good) restaurants are filled to capacity on Mother's Day. If you want to eat at the Sheraton, I suggest you make reservations. That, or celebrate the day early, or late.

As your question was for IN the airport -- there is a Swiss Chalet in the Air Canada Terminal on the public side of Security.

As you are already going to DISNEY -- i would think a Nice SC meal would be suitable for Mothers Day! (then make up for it a Fulton's once you get to the World!!_

I think you should wait and have a nice dinner when you arrive. It can be hell at customs in Toronto I've been through four times in three years and I guess something screams harass me as I always get pulled aside! We actually missed our flight to Los Angeles last time. Don't risk it.
