Have you seen Oblivion?

We saw it last night. Tom Cruise's gun in it looks like the monorail. Also, at one point they hide on the backside of water.

Normally I like Tom Cruise movies even though he's weird. But this one wasn't very good because of the storyline and ending, and all we could do was find things that were ripped off from other movies (e.g. Wall-E, Moon), and in my case, find things that reminded me of WDW.

Yea, that is pretty much what it looks like to me too. It is based off a graphic novel.

I saw it a week or so ago. I liked it and thought it was entertaining. It didn't end like I expected. I guess I don't get too hung up on the details - maybe I'm just easily entertained.

We went and saw it yesterday afternoon. It was pretty good. Just think of this - a good sci fi movie with Tom Cruise. Keep your expectations low, and you'll enjoy it!

Oh good, glad some people chimed in with better reviews. I like "end of world" movies and actually might see this one.

I really liked Minority Report with Tom Cruise. I also really liked Jack Reacher, LOVED Knight and Day, and also like some of the Mission Impossible movies. Not that those are sci-fi, except for Minority Report. I never saw the remake he did of War of the Worlds.

This movie was fine, but I don't need to see it again. I just didn't like the last 30 minutes or so and thought it turned cheesy with a Stephen King-like bad ending.

You can see the gun in this picture. See - it looks like the monorail.

I really liked it. The pacing was a little slow, but story was still a good one and the visuals were stunning, especially on the IMAX screen, so I still really enjoyed it.

Wish Morgan Freeman's role had more screen-time.

I dont care for Tom Cruise as a person (obviously just based on what Ive heard of him since I dont know him personally )
I have seen other movies he did and enjoyed them.
I did NOT like this one at all....Id give it a 3 out of 10....and IMHO, when a character has to go and explain the entire movie to the audience at the end of a film, (freeman) Id say that was a signal it Stunk!

I wish I saw it before 5pm for $6ea instead of the wasted $15 per ticket, OUCH!
