Thumbs up Thank you!

What a great board this has been.

Hopefully we can continue something after the 30 days is up!?

I started on Level 3 yesterday.
It is more difficult in spots, but others I feel are fairly easy!

Today I weighed myself and am down 3lbs!

I love reading all the truth and success.

I am so glad you started this board! If I would have done this on my own there were days I would have been lazy and skipped a workout. So far I haven't lost any weight, but I feel so much better and stronger. I really need to conquer my bad eating habits to get anywhere, but at least I'm getting in better shape in the meantime. So thanks!

Eating habits!

That is FOR sure the biggest thing that I will continually need to work on the most!

We can be there for each other.

Even if it is via the best message board out there!

And hey- maybe some day we could all meeet up at our second home!?

Can I suggest No More Trouble Zones once you're done with the shred. It's a similar circuit workout but longer and a little harder.

Thanks for the suggestion! Even though I am 6 days behind the group that started April 1st, I'm already thinking about what I can do next. I like 30ds because its such a good workout in a short amount of time. Some days I only have 30 minutes to workout so it's perfect. I am going to start running again now that the weather is warmer, so I'll probably do a DVD on my off running days. I was thinking about Jillian's Ripped in 30 also. Anyone try that before?

Jill

Btw-if it wasn't for this thread, I wouldn't have done today's workout. I'm tired & had a bad day at work. But, I knocked it out because I felt like I would let everyone down if I didn't! So, thank you everyone

Finished day 5 of level one yesterday. She's still kicking my butt. I'm sticking with it though. Having this thread has definitely helped with that. 25 to go.

Okay. I finished level 2 day 8. I really noticed that the strength & cardio didn't phase me at all today. Don't get me wrong, I was still huffing & puffing, but I could do it all with no modifications & felt great. I'm getting excited to start level 3 on Saturday! How's everyone else doing?

Jill

I am ready for level 3 on Saturday, too!!! I still sweat more with this one, I think it's all the planking moves..the last set with the shoulder workouts just about burn through my bones! I still do all the modified moves to save my knees but feel much stronger through them and bend a little deeper on squats than I could at the beginning.... I am seeing changes in my body! Feels great!

Oh today I was thisclose to skipping the workout. I just felt tired! But I talked to my mom and she reminded me how far I've come and that I only have a few days left. So I did it and I'm so glad! I really want to prove to myself that I can complete this 30 days and I only have 5 more to go. I'll keep working out after that, don't worry, but this was like a goal for myself and it's pushed me to work harder. YAY!!!! And reading all your posts make me realize that I'm not suffering alone, we're all suffering together!!

That's the way!! I usually do mine early am but this morning had to take son to a rowing practice at 4:30am!! EEK! I was sooo tired this morning, just now finished it at 2pm...and it was really harder for me today because of being soo tired! All I could think of was that tomorrow I am DONE with level 2!!! So excited to change it up! That last series of shoulder work just about has me rolling over and crying UNCLE!

We're all LOSING fat together and GAINING muscle...both of which does nothing but help us all immensely in future goals!!

Where is everyone going from here? Ripped in 30 days? Yoga? I'll follow y'all whatever you plan to do, just need to keep it under 30 minutes...P90x was just too long and too annoying...

LOSING!! Tomorrow is weigh day for me, curious to see if I've kept a losing trend or my body is playing catch up with the big loss I had last week! Excitd nonetheless! Normally, I am dreading weigh day, now I can't WAIT!!!

I do not like level 3...not getting the sweat I got in level 2...doing some modified and can not do the full sit up too hard on my back..I may substitute some of the harder moves from level 2 that are not as hard on the joints...

Thinking of doing Turbo Fire by Chalean for 12 weeks?

I was sweating like crazy. The only modified move I did was the last side plank thing. I don't know if I was sweating so much because it's warmer today (and warmer in my house) or because I am so tired & I was tired doing it today. But, I really like level 3. 9 more days and I do not know what I'm going to do next. I may start running again and do some other dvd on my off running days. When DSs are done with soccer, I am going to head back to the gym for a circuit training class that is exactly like 30ds except for all the ab exercises are the last 10 minutes of the hour long class.
