I didn't like it either tbh it was lukewarm and I didn't love the filling which is unusual for me since I love cream cheese There are many many snacks for me that haven't lived up to the hype to name a few, school bread, napolean, cupcakes . . . Oh well I keep trying

Yeah. Everyone raves about the red velvet cupcake at Starring rolls & I was SOOOOOOOO dissapointed. It was dry & NOT good.I make MUCH better ones myself. My friend took a bite & thought it was gross too To each their own I guess?

The cupcakes look amazing, but often don't deliver the flavor promised by their appearance. The good news about this is you can look at all the cupcakes you want with no charge, or calories.

That's too bad! I'm definitely one of those that usually ends up being disappointed by something with alot of hype but I am down here now and a few days ago got the red velvet cupcake, totally expecting to hate it....and I LOVED IT!!! Maybe you just got bad ones???. Mine was so moist that it actually made the plate red....but, oh sooooo good.

Ours was also very moist and delicious. We actually took it back to our room and kept it in the fride. We ate it over a whole day or so, and it kept wonderfully. Very unexpectedly delicious!

With most things, when many people say they really love ----- it's human nature to build them up to a point that the good itself cannot live up to the image that ours minds create.

That being said, I finally tried the school bread after many trips to the world, and I liked it so much I didn't leave much for DH to try

We threw away the school bread! We were excited to try it, but it had a really weird aftertaste. Maybe it was an off day?

Yup! This very thing (cream cheese filled pretzel which I finally scored on my last day) actually was the most disappointing.

I learned over my entire dining experience during my first trip last year that my idea of delish and many other people's ideas of delish are very far apart.

But, I'll keep trying. I probably LOVE some not-amazing things that are amazing to me because I grew up eating them at the State Fair, and to me it's comforting delicious rather than textbook delicious.

The Kaki Gori in Japan Pavillion. On the boards, I asked about what snacks to try around the world showcase, and this was highly recommended. I've had FAR better shaved ice in NYC, this was not special, not worth $5, and not very good. I ended up throwing most of it out, which is saying alot bc it was a HOT day.

However, I am one of those people that LOVE the burger at Beaches and Cream, and I've seen many people say that they didn't understand the hype.

different strokes, different folks I suppose!

I think the cream cheese is sweeter than people expect it to be.

Its my favorite snack at Disney, but my DH thought it was disgusting

My dd doesn't like any of the chocolate chip cookies we've found lately as they are all on the "hard" side. She likes the soft and gooey kind-(we miss the days of the Nestle Tollhouse booth at the LAND in Epcot) (if there's anyone who can tell us where you can get the soft and gooey I'd be grateful.

She also didn't care for the cupcake at BOG (I was good with it)--she's very picky when it comes to her chocolate LOL!
