I would ask your organizer to split that into 2 groups so its more manageable and so you can give (and get) more meaningful things. I'd be overwhelmed with that number of cabins.

Amount of gifts

Do most of you give one gift per day per room or per person per room each day? How much do you usually spend? Just trying to get an idea of how many gifts I need to have ready to go! Looking forward to it and so are the kids.

gifts and giving are as different as the people involved. For large groups 1 gift per cabin is great. For our Hawaiian cruise I gave out purse size tissue packs made out of Disney fabric one per cabin on the first full day of the cruise, then the last day gave out luggage handle wraps to help find luggage back at home airports (the men got pirates, ladies Hawaiian theme and kids (usually under about 12) got theirs in what we were told were favorite characters (mostly Disney).

Thank you so much for all of the ideas! Love the tiny glass bottle idea I have found it easy to think of ideas for little girls and grown-ups... But, how about little boys? Any ideas besides candy?

Glow sticks are always a hit; places like GlowStickFactory or Cool Glow run specials and have a big selection of glow items. Oriental Trading had pirate treasure maps and stickers last year, not sure if still available. Disney themed crayons, markers were available at Michael's this week and Dollar Tree had lots of Disney stuff (puzzles, paint by number, etc.) Hope this helps!
