This and when a listing came up, on three different add on contracts (varying resorts), we were first to call, first to bid, received accepted offers within an hour on two, a few hours on the last. In other words, be ready, be diligent (stalk the sites), and have your money ready (one listing the agent asked we overnight the down payment, cashiers check.... it was sent to ROFR next day after listing).
