DCL idea spreading!

RCCL's Quantum-class ships are expected to one up DCL's original idea though. Instead of a virtual porthole, the inside staterooms on the Quantum-class will feature virtual balconies.

I wonder if DCL has any kind of patent they can get some $$$ off of this for?

I was kinda surprised not to see a watercoaster on there too.

But you've got to admit the sky dive simulator, bumper cars and the "sky pod" are pretty innovative?

That sky pod thing looks kinda hokey to me. I guess I would want to try it though. I would think that in even calm seas that just the gentle rolling of the ship that the pod all the way out would move up and down quite a bit.

You're assuming it was DCL's idea to begin with and not some designer's concept.

I love the concept drawings! Maybe Disney will think of a way to do it better! I must admit the bumper cars sound fun!

Looks like an amazing ship. Not sure if I would like the size, but I like that I can drive there from home. Now they have my attention.
