I have no idea why I didn't see this thread pop up in my list yesterday! But I caught up on the news elsewhere.

Speedy recovery, Fran.

Okay. I realised that I somehow managed to unsubscribe myself from this thread....so I missed out on a couple of updates.

1. The one about the excursions. Touring Mayan ruins (in miniature or not) with tequila thrown in seems perfect!

2. The one about mis-steps. I hope you're feeling okay'ish now about your check-in time. Good catch on the airports!

I've subbed back in! Hopefully, I won't miss anything from here on.

So far she's doing better.

It may have been ok for Fran to do the Helmet Dive but you never know. I think you were definitely smart to change the excursions to the ones you picked. Those Duck boat tours are supposed to be really neat, they have similar ones all over, my SIL has been on one in Pittsburgh a couple times. I, for one, would much prefer doing one in the Caribbean, LOL
The other problem with the helmet dive was she was wary about climbing the ladder. I'm happy with our new excursions.

I was sort of wondering if that happened. You're usually one of the first people to chime in.

So yesterday, I pulled out the three dresses that I bought before Christmas from the Dress Barn Clearance rack. Since I'm still holding on to 10 pounds from my trip to WDW, I wanted to make sure I still fit in them. Luckily, I did!

I then proceeded to try on all the other dresses that I mean to take. I haven't worn some of them in a while especially since they are all summer dresses. I didn't take any pictures of those because if you have been following any of my TRs in the past, you've probably seen me in them a time or two. Just not on the last two trips. It's getting difficult to choose outfits that I haven't worn in pictures on my past TRs!

So I will show the dresses in order of appearance. You'll have to stay tuned to see what they actually look like on me!

This is the first one I'll be wearing, for Brunch at Palo on our first full day of the cruise. You can't see it because of the jacket, but it has sort of thin little elastic straps on it.

Now here's where I could use some audience participation. Either of the following dresses would probably work for Formal night and Semi-Formal night, but I'm not sure which one to use for which night.

So those are my new dresses for the trip, but I have three other dresses and a skirt picked out in addition to capris and tank tops. I have a whole array of shoes as well. One of the dresses would look lovely with those shoes that I mentioned a couple posts back. However, I have chosen not to bring them along, due to the cruel and uncomfortable nature.

So, votes? Red or Purple for Formal night?

I love all three of them. I would go with the purple dress for formal night and the red dress for semi-formal night.

Oh gosh hope Fran gets better quickly!

For the dresses....I think you're going to have to do a dress change halfway through dinner. I like both!
