Its so good! I have around 8 growing in my garden now! If you boil it for around 5 minutes, it'll be even more like pasta. Best with sun-dried tomatoes and low-fat alfredo.

I love Spaghetti Squash!

Here is a video I did on how I usually prepare it..

Chicken Parm w/ Spaghetti Squash

then take the leftovers, put them in the fridge and make hashbrowns one morning!!

I love it too! I cut it in half, pour some Olive oil on a baking sheet. Sprinkle squash with Gallic salt and baked outside up on sheet at 350 for 30 minutes. Add a bit of aside or a bit of butter- yum! And yes it costs about $5 each but I get 3/4 lunches out of it.

I freeze cooked spaghetti squash! Just put it in baggies in the portion I want and freeze. It does come out pretty watery when I thaw it but I put it on paper towels to drain and it works pretty well.

I like to heat it in a pan with a wedge of Laughing Cow light herb and garlic cheese -- like an alfredo!
