Be ready to enter the park at least 15 minutes before announced opening time. You can get lots done in those first couple of hours.

I think I've decided that we are going to get a room at Royal Pacific. We are at Disney all week and only have one day for Universal to do both parks. We aren't interested in shows or water rides, or all of the kid stuff or characters. Just rides! So I have booked a room at the Royal Pacific for Mon night, we will get there 1130 or so that night. Then we will get up to hit both Universal parks on Tues. My question is about the parking. I see that it is $18 for on-site guests. Where exactly is the garage in proximity to everything? Is it the same garage for everything? We will have a rental car, and will be very minimal in what we bring for our one night stay. If I remember correctly, the parking garage is at the Citiwalk complex and you walk to the entrance gates. I'm just wondering where we park for the hotel and if it is the same garage. We will want to go put our stuff in the car before we spend the day in the parks and head back to Disney that evening.

rph has its own parking lot.

the parking garage closes for the night and you won't be able to use that parking while spending the night at the hotel.

yes, the garage is before citywalk.

You don't need to move your car. You can just leave it in the RPR parking lot until you are ready to leave. You can either walk to the parks or take the boat. It is a 10 minute walk.

Alas, I am! My maiden name is Pierce and we came from Ireland! As feisty as I am, I couldn't deny it if I tried! Not that I would. I love being a ginger. 😄

my mom is a ginger but none of us kids got the total red.
her mom was a scot/MacRaven. i have 12 cousins that have the nickname Mac.

the tag redhead has nothing to do with hair color.
it's a play on us being the red headed step children of the Dis.
it happened on the Something About Nothing chat thread.

drop by sometime, everyone is welcome to come and chat about anything on their mind.

i'll hold a seat for youse on the couch.

You learn something new every day on the boards! I wondered if there wasn't something behind the redhead thing. Now I know! Thanks for the help!
