Question Kona lunch

DH and I are going to Kona for lunch. I have a slight problem in that I don't like sweet stuff on my meal-sweet stuff goes in a bowl for dessert not on my plate with my meat...
I have looked at the chicken and the turkey sandwiches for lunch. I like the chicken except for tha mango mayonaise, and like the turkey except for the pear slaw. Please give me some feedback so I can make an educated choice.
Will they let me swap the pear slaw for the sweet potato fries do you think?

And what is Purple Haze hoisin mayonaise?

Don't know about swapping sides at Kona but I am sure you can ask that any condiments be either left off the sandwich entirely or served on the side.

ooh-served on the side, never thought of that-that would work because if I like it I can dollop the mayonaise back on
Thanks for the suggestion

You can swap out fries, sweet or regular for the slaw. Ask for sauce on the side
