So sorry to hear that and hope everyone will be OK.

I don't know if DCL will make an exception to the PIF date - the best they can do is call and ask. And call again and ask again. And again if needed. And if it's agreed to, make sure they get the name of the person who agreed and record the date and time of that call just in case there's a question later.

Good luck and enjoy your cruise!

might have to move the cruise date(s) to accomodate PIF dates.

Is there anyway you and the other families in your travel group would be willing to front them the remaining balance?

Is there anyone in the group that is placing their PIF balance on their Disney Visa? This will automatically give 6months interest free. That way the person helping out won't really need to lend the money as Disney does give any package paid for with the card 6months free. It doesn't have to be only your room. We pay for our friends and relatives all the time. Gives us the Disney points for it also!).

I don't think any of us have Disney visas. I'm the Disney nut out of the group and I don't have one. They had a child break his leg and he needed a couple surgeries. Bad timing. it's looking that ill be fronting some. But we will have an amazing trip with tons of memories.

Our bank is Chase and our debit card (with Visa logo) was free as the debit-card option at no additional charge. I BELIEVE it qualifies for the vacations-at-6-months-interest-free perk. Check if you or anyone in your party banks through Chase and this may be a no-cost solution to your problem.
Good luck!
