How long does a character breakfast last?

I am getting so excited for our trip! Only 16 days until we fly! I am trying to extract all of the information from here to make the best 2-day plan I can for my daughter's surprise birthday trip. This board has been so helpful, thank you!

We are staying off property, but have a character breakfast scheduled at the Plaza Inn on Sunday the 14th at 7:10. This gets us into the park earlier which is great and will be a wonderful way to start out her birthday. I was wondering if anyone had an estimation of about how long people spend at the Plaza Inn breakfast. I assume they want to move people along for the next reservation.

You are given 90 minutes, plenty of time.

We did Ariel's and Goofy's and each took about an hour to 90 minutes. I did feel like we were being rushed a bit through Ariel's though.

Yes, 90 minutes. We did Goofy's and were done a little after the hour. We went at 11Am so it wasn't crowded at all so we had lots of time.

We did that same seating or 10min later I don't remember exactly, I think it was 7:20.

There were not nearly as many people as I expected so the character interaction was WONDERFUL! We were not rushed, the characters all came around, some multiple times. Captain Hook "stole" my sons autograph book and a chase ensued, it was cute.

Anyway, we were done and out the doors by 8am, a few minutes after at the most. We saw all the people coming up from rope drop so I know it wasn't TOOOO much later. Head straight for Fantasyland or Tomorrowland!

Had no idea there was a time limit. We have had a few character breakfast at the Plaza Inn and we never felt rushed. We left when we were done. Enjoyed it very much, you will have a great time.

I had that seating time before (I chose it because I don't like wasting touring time eating at sit down restaurants and we didn't have MM on our tickets).

We showed up at the turnstiles 15 minutes early and were seated right on time. We had eaten, interacted with all the characters and headed out to ride rides by 8:00 am. We didn't have to wait for rope drop so we had a few minutes head start on everyone else.
