I have imse vise (I think) reusable ones, never had a problem at any of the Disney pools. They do not hold pee, just poop, but that is how all swim diapers are.

However, around here the public pools require plastic pants over a swim diaper (disposable or reusable) - just want to make sure Disney does not.
I used the iplay reusable diaper at disney. I don't know about the swimsuits because the stand alone diaper has plastic on the outside.

All swim diapers only hold solid, it is impossible to contain liquid waste in any type of diaper in a pool. Plastic covers aren't keeping it in. Reusable swim diapers aren't regular cloth diapers, they are specifically designed to contain solid waste in water and therefore are safe in pools.

We use Huggies Little Swimmers. Disposable swim diapers are NOT meant to hold urine, and they don't.

I think the majority of people who don't like the disposable swim diapers realize that they are not meant to hold urine. I don't like them and switched to the I play reusable diapers because we had such a bad incident with the huggies at the cbr pool. Why they didn't shut the pool down is beyond me but after that I have never used them again. Never understood why so many hated them until it happened to me.

What size Charlie banana diaper do you use? The large says 27 lbs and that is the biggest on
Targets website.

There are plenty on pool websites. My DS has cerebral palsy and is not toilet trained yet so we have had plastic swim diapers awhile. They work fine.

They would never shut a pool down because of urine as many kids pee in the pool. Also urine is usually sterile so not infectious. Stool is full of bacteria so that is another story. Michael phelps had a big story recently and admitted most swimmers pee in the pool prompting physicians to respond that while gross it was ok.

Yeah we have never used disposable either. I think the brand we have is iPlay.
