Smoothies on cruises

My husband and I have been juicing in the mornings, spinach, fruit, etc., and we are not sure how we can go a whole week without out breakfast smoothies. I know you are not allowed to bring a blender on board, but does anyone know if they will blend things for you? I'm sure they will have all of the usual fixings at any breakfast buffet, and if they won't blend it for us we will survive. It is just a health habit we have gotten into that we'd like to maintain if possible.

No, they cannot do that. You will have to suffer through eating whole fruit and veggies all week.

There is a smoothie bar near the pool, but they are really expensive, mostly fruit juice and ice, smoothies. They actually use "bar garnish" fruit...

I will point out that the Prohibited Items list says you can't bring an electric blender onboard. There are battery operated ones

See, I am such a rule follower that I didn't even catch that about the electric vs. battery! Thanks!

Um...batteries ARE electricity.

Now that hand-cranked one...that'd be legit. I guess technically the gasoline powered one might be as well.

Not important enough to spend $100. Thanks, though! I never knew there were hand crank ones even out there!

Do the Human Powered Blender

Or steal your kids toy and make a gas powered blender.

Lol. Only to the Aulani for a week. Seriously, since we started juicing, we have both lost weight and are feeling and acting much more healthy. I just don't want to the on the cruise and go crazy! I will just exercise some more self control. Tell me about deck 4...is there a track??
