We have stayed at the Poly twice as concierge guest. I do not use the concierge to book anything for me at the Poly. We have only cruised the Magic and Wonder as concierge guest. What I like
1. you are first onboard after the family of the day.
2. movies delivered to our room and most of the time they brought popcorn.
3.when you tender you have priorty
4.snacks that they drop by with
5. ordering from the restaurants and having them deliver to your room
6. need spa treatment ask them
7. ask for cokes they are right there
8.Royal suite enjoyed Palo in the room with the kids
9. luggage arrival early
10.Royal suite asked for a tour of the bridge and got it.
I hope that this helps. Deanna

They were able to
make reservations for Palo and Remy - dinner and bruch
reserve a cabana at CC
deliver chocolate covered strawberries as a surprise for DH
ordered a bathrobe as a surprise gift for DH (birthday gift) - it was
wrapped and decorated as only Disney can do
separate lounge area to wait in for boarding
private meeting during a social hour with staff members
private meeting with picture taking and autographs with one of the
characters (ours was Mickey)
You will feel very pampered, if it is at all within their power - they will do everything they can to comply with any requests you may have

We've done concierge on both the classic and the newer ships, but didn't realize this was available at the resorts. We always stay at a DVC resort. We truly enjoy concierge on the new ships, primarily due to the lounge. I would only sail concierge on the classics if we upgraded at the port, for us the cost isn't worth it.
