FP wasn't enforced because latecomers clogged lines. Just wait for it..soon we'll be on our knees, begging to pay for the privilege.
Long lines with inaccurate wait times do not make you miss an ADR. The decision to stay in a line (any line) when staying will make you late for an ADR makes a person late for an ADR.
