The rest of this week I am playing single parent - so I'm hoping to take walks on my lunch break, do all of my PT in the evenings, and maybe do some workout videos.

Made it, but was told by my surgeon that I'm overdoing it.

That is sometimes an even bigger accomplishment than whatever workout you actually do!

No clue how to multi quote on my phone so, Pluto- my new skirt is from target. Aqua and grey. Love it!

As for me, 40 min of circuit training and Pilates tonight brings me to 585/800.

2 hours walking and jogging. My leg started to feel tight so I had to slow it down on the way back.

Exercise is the only thing keeping me sane right now.

Just the usual walking (this morning twice in the rain and wind for a total of 5 miles!). Last week I slept in and missed my Y class, but yesterday I was up and there. Not reallly up and at 'em, but I was there! I'm starting to feel better, but since I'm still living in the bottom of a well and could barely hear my alarm this morning, I guess I'll call the doctor.


Great job for all those who didn't feel like exercising and did it anyway!!!
