It's in the Bonnet Creek complex. If you are on Buena Vista & CBR is on your right, make a right onto Chelonia Pkwy & follow it all the way around.

We too have tried Yachtsman three times and have been very disappointed 2 out of the 3 times -- so much so the last time we won't be going back. Steak was just not good and we are definitely know a good steak (The Palm in Vegas, Shula's).

And to PP who said desserts were better at Shula's, totally agree. Key Lime Pie was amazing!

Will be back at Shula's this summer.

We love Shulas too, but for something different went to Monsieur Paul and their filet was fantastic. DH had the duck and it was excellent as well, and Eduard took exceptional care of us.

My main problems with Yachtsman are: 1) quality of the beef is good, but not great; 2) they have a poor track record of not delivering steaks as ordered (over/undercooked). Their menu choices are also rather limited compared to most steakhouses. To me, YSH is just an average mid-level hotel chophouse. It definitely ranks below places like Ruth's Chris, Morton's, Mastro's, etc., even though it is almost as expensive.
Everything this person said...being from Chicagoland also adds to credibility...having lived there myself. Chicagoland chophouses are some of the best in the US. Perhaps I would disagree sligtly by saying Yachtsman is in not the same car company as Shulas or if so, at best Chevy, used past warranty.

Anything vegetarian to eat at either of these places?

Yes, but you'd probably be better off at a more chef-driven restaurant instead of a steakhouse. Jiko, Citrico's, Il Mulino or Flying Fish might be better choices. For a splurge, the vegetarian menu at Victoria & Albert's is outstanding.
