Best time of year to go to US/IOA/SW??
Looking for low crowds, weather not above low 80s, and definitely not "hurricane season" or anytime from December 15-April 1st. (Don't want to have to worry or think about flight delays from either end). TIA =)

November and May can be gorgeous. In November, of course you need to stay away from Thanksgiving. In May, avoid Memorial day.

Early to mid-December is excellent...the weather is beautiful, crowds are generally low and the Christmas decorations are up.
