Hi, babygirlamg!
According to the new maps on the My Disney Experience App, there are 2. DSA East is in the courtyard in front of community hall, or the most westernly end of courtyard. DSA West appears to be on the roof at The Top of the World in the southwestern corner. PS--Love this App!

It's been a couple of years but here are pictures of the locations in 2010....don't think they've changed:
Front entrance: ![]() Back of resort...right outside of building looking toward the pool:

we are staying at POR riverside May 8-13 and we are in the preferred section. I have looked at several maps but can't seem to find one with DSA on it, I just was trying to figure out the closest one to the preferred buildings.

when I was there, I was in building 14 alligator Bayou. If I remember correctly, when I walked down the path (really wasn't too far) a little past bldg 18 there was a bench where you could smoke. Also behind bldg 18 near the quiet pool there was an area also. hope this helps and that they haven't changed them since i was there in 2009. Have fun.

Weird WL Question
I was just looking at a map of the Wilderness Lodge and noticed something I found very peculiar - is there really a smoking area outside of the entrance to the Sturdy Branches fitness club? I know resorts need designated smoking areas, but to have one outside of the fitness club seems kind of odd.

A friend and I commented on that while we enjoying our morning coffee and smokes. Seemed like a funny place to put a DSA!

I recently went to Busch Gardens Tampa, and Universal Orlando. There is no problem finding smoking areas at either park as all have signs before them. And they are comfy with benches and in the shade.
Why does Disney make it so hard for the smokers, always changing areas, no designated signs. It seems the only way to find a place is to smell the smoke!
