I've been booked at POR for September 8-16 since December and spoke to a Cast Member a few weeks ago, while adding a room discount PIN I received who mentioned that I should watch the next month or so for other discounts that I may want to swap out for the one I was adding. So, fingers crossed!

Those are our exact days booked! But, not staying at quite as nice a place as POR--- staying at Pop. I'm a little nervous about the crowds on Monday, since it's a holiday, but crossing my fingers the rest of the week should be nice and "light".

We would have loved to go again during the Food and Wine Festival, but I got a little spooked by the lack of FD offers we'd seen so far for this year, so I figured our best shot was early September. We're going with or without FD, but with it, we'd be able to fly instead of trekking 11 hours in the car with 4 kids, 2 of them under 5!

Labor Day is the 1st this year, which is the holiday I'm guessing you mean, so you should be fine. And, it was VERY light crowds the year I was there on the holiday. Weekend before was busy, but Labor Day was light.

LOL!!!!! I booked my trip under the assumption that Monday, the 9th was Labor day, based on my school district's calendar. Looks like their calendar had it wrong. Lol, wow! Bad news-- now have to take one more vacation day. Good news-- not a holiday where students are off filling up the parks.

Just saw a commercial on tv for special quick service tickets and room package for $99/person/day. Is this free dining? It includes most fall date...

I just checked the Disney site to see if the offer was the same one that I booked bounceback with free dining in Sept. Yep it is the same price so free dining has been announced.

Is it free dining or that stay play and dine thing? Since it seems like it's just quick service

I went on the Disney site and got the package info from there. We are staying at a value to quick service is what we got. Not sure what dining comes with the mod or deluxe with this offer.

Free dining has NOT been announced. Commercials like that are usually rack rate. It is just marketing trying to look like a deal. I repeat, it is NOT free dining.

You usually pay rack rate for the free dining offer. Just checked the Disney site again and it say 6N/7D package at a value resort. When pricing it out it is the same that I paid for the free dining bouceback in Sept. Click on "learn more" and it will give you more info and the dates it is available.

Are you saying that you put in your room, tickets and dining and got the same exact amount that you are paying for your bounceback?

There is no free dining on the website.
