Blackouts for October
What are the odds that the week of October 6 and the week of October 13 are blacked out from all discounts? I see they are blocked off on the bounceback
It is my daughter's fall break. I am not against taking her out of school but I probably should avoid it if possible. The school gets all dramatic about it ![]()

Its possible. The Gartner Symposium is Oct 6-10 and that will fill a lot of rooms at the deluxe resorts.

That's good to know about the Gartner Symposium dates! Our Fall Break is Oct 5 - 9. It'll be tough to do Disney this year for us.

Columbus day weekend 10/14 - 10/16, many schools in the the north have either week prior or after set up with in school service days for teachers/open houses, etc. where kids only wind up missing a day or two for a week's stay. Many of us head south to WDW then. My youngest is in college but we've just kept returning the same time. This time period seems to get busier every year, especially with the 1/2 marathon they had at MGM last year. No need to initially discount the rooms heavily any longer it seems.
