When we make an offer (i emailed ours over) does the broker normally call the seller or email them? How does that work?

As someone who sold a property/ and is in the process of selling one it was a phone call both times a very prompt phone call!

We just sold a contract, and the offer was sent via email. Since I wasn't home, Jaki followed up with a phone call a little while later.

Seller accepted our offer! Now we wait for contracts & on for ROFR. I'm going to get an ulcer! lol!
