Loop Request process
I have a reservation but didn't request a loop. I now have an idea of the loop I would like - anyone have a good idea on how to make this simple and get the loop we want?
We are arriving on July 3rd for an 8 night stay.

Call and add your request to your reservation. You'll probably be told that they will try to accommodate your request, but they won't guarantee it. We typically list 2 loops on our reservation...kind of either, or. We go at least once a year and have gotten our request about 8 out of 10 times.
Regardless of where we've stayed...whether it was our requested loop or not, we've had a great time and always love the fort.

We always just put it on our reservation. Some people also fax it to The Fort about one week before arrival.
