Just bumping us. Heading back in October and plan on only doing two days in the park not sure what other things we should do wall hanging at the resort any ideas?

....I almost don't even want to go the WDW anymore....now my DS AND his GF have been combing the web in search for decent airfare (price, departure city, non-stop, time of departure, etc.) ....

....me....if all goes well (fingers crossed here) he will be entering the Academy for NJ State Troopers in April....

(....trust me, there were a couple of moments that I almost booked some of the great airfares that I had gotten, but looking back, it would have been DISASTROUS!)

Eta--- I priced and planned a trip for 5 days in June---when my DH has surgery scheduled. He asked me the other night 'this is an imaginary trip right?'

LOL! YEah I can't say I blame you for not wanting to make a road trip longer then a flight to MCO.

We had an issue finding reasonable airfare coming home from Disney back to Philly last may, so we flew into AC. Wasn't bad, but what killed me was after landing having to sit in a car back to Philly for an hour and a half! I'm a bit spoiled we only live about a 5 minute car ride from Philly International. We usually can get really good deals with Air Tran to Orlando. I'm glad I booked our airfare when I did for June, b/c ticket prices went up well over $30 each way!

So excited! DH surprised me yesterday with a vacation at Disney! we will be staying at AKL for the first time!! Yay!!! We will be there May 13-17.

Yes, please add my name to the list. We have been to Disney many times and stayed at other resorts. This will be our 1st time at AKL so I just started reading all the posts in this thread. AKL sounds awesome!

Here's a tip. The staircase at the end of Kudu trail provides for some very close views of the fauna.
