Teva original or Teva mush 2
Saw lots of recommendations for teva flip flops. Was on the Teva site and they offer "teva original" or "teva mush 2".
Anyone know the difference or have a preferance? |

I think I have read that the original have more cushioning. From the reviews I have read, many people prefer the original over the "2"

Definitely the original. I mistakenly thought they were the same and ordered three pairs of the mush 2 and was very disappointed!!

I heard that the Mush 2 are narrower than the original, but I'm not sure. I LOVE my original Teva Mush. I was NOT a flip-flop person but I read so many great reviews on here about them. Now they are all I wear 9 months of the year here in AZ!!

I have a lot of pairs of teva mush flip flops, and the 2 also....I like the original mush best, but they're both so AWESOME

How do they fit? I'm a 6 1/2-7 fairly wide foot and was debating what size would be best.

If you have a wide foot, I would go with the original. The II is a lot narrower than the original, which is why I don't like it nearly as well. I think they run pretty true to size from toe to heel though.

I love Teva Mush flip flops. They fit perfectly and I wear a size 5. Later this evening I'm ordering more for our upcoming WDW trip. These are the most comfortable shoes and I wear them from the first warm day to the the last.

I have 2 pairs of the Mush II's and I think they run a little bit small. I normally wear a 6 and had to get 7.

I have never been much of a flip-flop gal, until my first pair of Teva's.
My style of choice is the Mandalyn Wedge Ola. There is also a second version of this style: Mandalyn Wedge Ola 2. Both styles have straps that cross-over in the distal part of the foot, making this flip-flop look a little fancier. I have both the original and the "2", and the original is superb. The "2" has the mush bottom (which is more cushy than the original), but they are also more narrow. I wear a size 8 in the original, but a 9 in the "2". My foot in not wide, but it is not narrow either. |
