Which downtown disney hotel? Best Western or Wyndham?

We are going to Disney World in June. I think I'd like to stay in one of the Downtown Disney hotels so we have use of the bus system. We are able to get deals at either the Best Western or Wyndham and I'm wondering which one you would recommend? We are traveling with small children if that helps. Thanks.

Wyndham make sure you get a tower room, not the cheaper lower floors that they call courtyard. The courtyard rooms are more motel style with the big sliding glass door for an entrance. It's nosey as it is right next to parking lot and the walk way to the towers goes right past them. They do have a nice pool and kids water play area. We have stayed here several times. It's one crosswalk away from DTD.

Thanks for the replies. We ended up scrapping both ideas and going with the Embassy Suites LBV since we found a really good deal. Its not in downtown Disney, but we were wooed by the free breakfast and free cocktail hour and 2 room suites. I know this means we will likely have to drive to the parks so hopefully I'm not disappointed with my decision. We were planning to rent a car regardless.
