-Some sort of founder's reward such as a tapestry with your name if you buy 160 points or more. -$500 visa gift card for 100 points or more. Last edited by amandaC; 03-03-2013 at 08:39 PM. Reason: typo |

195.
20$. Disc and 2 yrs of AP with 250 points 20$ disc with 180 points plus 500$ gift card 10$ disc with 100$ points. I also think even the cheapest studio in value season will be 28 a night. I think this will be the most expensive place to buy and with the limited inventory they can hold their ground on price.

I say $155 with some sort of ticket or closing credit incentive for over 200 pts and then the price will rise quickly to nearly $200.

I say 150 a point but the points needed to secure a room will be 20% more than BLT.

I have been saying $175 as the opening price since they announced
As it gets closer I now think $175 is the lowest price we will see. Up to $190 will not surprise me. I also think the incentives will not be dollars off but rather some kind of add on like APs or Members cruise or Victoria and Albert dinners. It will be fun to see how this plays out. This makes the $48 per point we paid in 92 feel really great.

I think the lowest DVC will sell GFV pts for will fall between $150-160. That's at the start of sales and all incentives included. I think like most others that the price will quickly soar closer to $200.
Given the size of the villas, I think it will be similar in pt structure to the VGC. Which is about the midpoint of the BLT categories. Like the VGC I doubt there will be much if any availability at the 7mo window most of the year. This thread is a fun read! I am curious to see the actual offering when sales are FINALLY announced

Opening price will be $165 with $8 discount for members purchase 150 points or more. Prices will eventually go to $220.
Since Disney may be reading this...I say...they'd be crazy to price it at more than $100/point. Studios should also go for 8 points a night.

I think Disney will try to keep the prices a relative 'low'. By that I mean $165/pt or less with $6/pt discounts on contracts of 200 pts or more.
Where they will hit VGF buyers is in the number of points required per room (think BLT and AKV SV) where studios will start at 24pts/night for standard view and 30/nt for theme park view.

I would love to own here but cant fathom spending 40k so I can stay in 1br. That just seems silly to me if I can get other resorts for a 1/3 of that. I know less years but not many less if I get BLT
