I've heard that BC will give out small bottles upon request, but I've not heard of other CLs. I've never asked for them so I don't know about WL, but hopefully someone else will help answer your question, Julie.

Well, that would be a nice perk! My husband is in the military so I think he'd really enjoy being a part of this experience! Thanks for the patience with this WL newbie!

Awesome, thank you! I know we have two pre-park opening breakfasts so we'll hopefully get lucky and be chosen and able to do it on a day we don't have them. I really think it would be a neat experience for my husband in particular! Fingers crossed!

I asked 2 years ago, DD wakes up in the middle of the night for water a lot, & was given 1 of the large glass bottles that they used to have out. But, I asked last September & was told the only water they have is the water in the large dispensers. So, I would just save a couple of disposable coffee cups with that water in the fridge.

Thanks for the responses, everyone. I usually just check a bag full of bottled water, so I'll probably just do that this time too. Can't believe I have less than 36 hours! My husband is meeting us later in the week, so I'm flying alone with the kids for the first time. I'm dreading the flight, but knowing where it is taking me certainly helps to make it better!

I was just reading some old posts and came across this:

If so I'd need to let them know since I'm slightly allergic. No big issues but sleeping under or on them is too much. I'd wake up in the middle of the night gasping for air ![]() No fun that....

150 days!!!!!!
No questions today, but maybe we can all list specific WL sights, sounds, and smells that when we experience them someplace else, make us think (and miss!) the lodge. For me, the smell of mesquite in a BBQ and hearing Appalachian Spring can transport me. A more vague connection is that sometimes the sounds in a large space echoing can make me think of the lobby. How about you? |
