I'm sailing with a 3 year old and a 4 year old, what excursions would be best?

I am sailing on the Disney Fantasy in May and going to St. Marteen and St. Johns. I can't wait. That being said, I have been sadly disappointed in the shore excursions for families with children under 5. The very few that allow kids that young either are tours where a kid would sit for 4+ hours, all day beach trips (usually go to by bus rather than boat) or biking (but because my kids are young so young they can't ride).
Are there any for kids that young that you can recommend?

We went on the Fantasy eastern caribbean last June. Our youngest kids at the time were 6. At St Martin we went on the half day catamaran snorkel excursion. The dock for the catamarans was a short walk from the ship which was nice not to have to sit on a bus wih all the kids. The ride out on the catamaran was fun. The snorkeling spot was a quiet beach where those of us who didn't snorkel could splash around and play on the beach. They provided drinks(pop, beer, water, rum punch or regular punch). They would even ferry the"non swimmers" from the catamaran to the beach in a little raft. On the way back they served sandwiches. My kids loved it.
At St Thomas we did the St John Trunk Bay excursion. I don't recomend this.
The ferry ride to St Johns can take an hour or longer. The day we went it was very windy so the boat had to go very slowly and the people seated outside on the ferry got SOAKED. Many people got seasick. We only got to spend about 1 1/2 hours on the beach (which was BEAUTIFUL, by the way) but we spend considerably more time on the miserable ferry than anywhere else! Next time we go we're going to find a nice beach on St Thomas and take a cab there instead. Hope this helps!

We've sailed when DS was 2, 2 1/2, 3, and 4... honestly the best excursions were the beach ones.
