Hong Kong's daily English-language newspaper The Standard had a story about this a few days ago. It's official.

Yea it's going to happen... Don't expect it in Orlando though.

Correct, Universal has exclusive theme park rights to Marvel east of the Mississippi River and I believe in Japan. So Disney can't use Marvel in Orlando or Tokyo.

if that is true in Tokyo I expect it means Japan , right ? I mean a 1 hour plane ride to Osaka is too close ? right ? for another park to have it in it

Disney has a park in Tokyo, not in Osaka. But I believe only Universal can use Marvel characters at a theme park anywhere in Japan.

uh ya, I know that, I live here LOL Been to both Tokyo Disney Resort and Universal Osaka about a dozen times
