Today 2/27/13 Cars Land
I just wanted to share a couple of thoughts on my quick visit to Cars Land today. I had the day off from work and decided I wanted to ride Radiator Springs Racers so I headed over to California Adventure.
I arrived just after 10am and there was a small crowd upon entering the park. I headed straight to Route 66 and I passed most people stopping to get fastpasses for the racers. I arrived at Cars Land and the crowds were not bad yet. Today was a predicted crowd level 1 so I wasnt really expecting anything different. ![]() I think it looks a bit more crowded in the picture than it actually was because the park had just opened. Since I was here alone I jumped in the single rider line. The wait time when I entered said 30 minutes but it did not even take 20 minutes before I was on the ride. Here is a picture from the single rider line. ![]() Before I knew it I was on the ride. I love this ride as the scenery and staging is so wonderful. You feel like you are riding through Radiator Springs. ![]() Even after the ride the exit provides a fun place to stop and watch the cars fly by. ![]() I made my way through Cars Land stopping in the shops and even sat and people watched for a while before I started on my way out. I did have to pick up one of these delicious treats. ![]() They make homemade gourmet marshmallows in the park. They are really good and have many flavors to chose from. I picked out the Luscious Lemon for a sweet end to a short jaunt to ride the Radiator Springs Racers.

Thanks for sharing. OMG, we will be there in less than a week and CA says a 2 crowd rating and DL a 5. Hoping it's even lower!
Looks like a great morning. |

I split the marshmallow with my family and it was sooo good.
This was the first time I have had the homemade type from here. It was light fluffy flavorful and melts in your mouth. Id definetly get these again and try a couple different flavors out. I hope everyone who is visiting soon enjoys the great weather and has good time.
