New Online Check In...
Anybody else experiencing issues with Online Check in?
The link on the DVC Vacation Center page takes me to the front page of DisneyWorld.com... If I take the link directly from the DVC home page, it takes me to the 'Book a Room' page on the DisneyWorld.com website... If I log onto MDE to check in, the check in page hangs on my credit card entry and doesn't move anywhere from there... Love the $1 Billion fail...

Log off of all Disney sites and go directly to the follow site and manually enter your reservation information: MyDisneyReservation.com

I asked when I called into member services about something else today and was told that they are having technical issues. Imagine that! But was told that you have to select that you booked the room through WDW not DVC. Otherwise it will continue to take you to a booking page.

Problems Throughout System
Had this same problem last week when I tried to check-in online. Also had problems with the online dining reservation system.
So far between the issues listed above and the functionality of the new online pages, I don't think the changes have been an improvement. |

Wow really?!?! I would think Disney would not be thrilled with the lack of a good product with the new websites. Fixing should be priority 1, but it perpetuates!

If they were in the IT industry as a main business it would be, but they are an entertainment company.

I wish I would have looked at the DIS before I tried to navigate the WDW web site. I couldn't sign on dvcmember.com. and neither could the CM who tried to help me. Appreciate your help!

I wasn't able to check-in online with Internet Explorer. When I tried with Safari I had no problem except you have to use a credit card which we don't want to do, so it ended there.
