Anymore it seems to take longer to pack the power cords and chargers than the clothes.

Interesting question.
If we are talking reality- I would be in the same group with those who say it would never happen. DH knows me way too well to ever do that. I am not a fan of surprises and I get thrown when plans change. But the one place I would be willing to go with short notice- if it was "now or never"- it would be WDW. So.... I would pack the AP's, extra cash, purse, phone, camera, necesary toiletries and the small pharmacy of OTC meds I keep packed just in case. Chances are that I would not have the proper laundry packed, so I would grab what I could, figuring I would have to buy what I need when I get there. Thinking along those lines, I would focus on packing undergarments and pants/capris/shorts, and shoes. Shirts would be pretty easy to buy down there. Properly-fitting pants- not so much. Oh-and I would grab quart-size baggies, to organize liquids to go in the carryons, while DH drives us to the airport.
