So apparently the Black family will be using this story in their lawsuit:

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...rt-s-t-me.html

What do we think of this? I personally think that if what the White Rabbit allegedly did is true, it's not appropriate at all. That being said, those girls were being little brats, and shame on their father for encouraging their poor behaviour. It's people like them that cause random encounters with characters to be so infrequent. I guess carefully scheduling and monitoring character interactions is the only way to prevent characters from being tormented like that.

But my question is how it's relevant to the lawsuit. It could only be used if it's the same character performer that is involved in both these incidents, right? Or could it be used in an attempt to prove that there's some larger issue of misconduct going on at Disneyland? It'll be interesting to see how this plays out.

If they're going to accuse the rabbit of being I racist, I say go try and prove it. I don't think Disney is too worried about this one. Now, going after the girl is another story - that should have been left for security personnel.

There are 10 kinds of people in the world-- those who understand the binary numbering system, and those who do not.

There comes a point (hopefully) in everyones life where they learn to accept responsibility for their actions. There is a person in the costume doing his or her best to do their job. Time to grow up people.

Sorry, the story doesn't sound like what happened to you (or many of us with little kids). It sounds like the parents were watching.
