We need to get from MK to MCO for a 9:30pm flight. We have a 4pm dinner ADR for my Birthday dinner (actual day the 26th!) and would like to take either a cab or towncar rather than ME from POR 3 hours early so we can enjoy our dinner a bit longer - What is the latest we should leave MK - Where should we be picked up? and any idea which would be more cost effective cab or towncar?

MK is tricky because to catch a cab or be picked up with a towncar you'll need to actually go to the TTC.

I would suggest instead that you make the short walk over to Contemporary from MK and take a cab or towncar from the resort. The walk from the turnstiles at MK to the Contemporary is about 10 minutes, so if you need a pickup at 7:00, to be safe, I would be at the turnstiles by 6:40.

Will you have any bags? How will you be getting those to the airport?

A towncar is usually less than a cab.

Probably best and quickest to walk to the Contemporary from the MK and catch a cab to MCO at about 7 p.m from there. You'll probably want to be leaving the MK at about 6:30 p.m.

In the morning you can take a cab to the CR from POR with your carry-on bags (and checked bags if you aren't using RAC) and have bell services store them. You can then walk to the MK from there.

Thanks everyone the Contemporary is probably the best idea! We were planning on letting our bags go ME from POR and meeting them at home! Interesting that the towncar would be less than a cab? Anyone have a company the would reccomend? Any idea what the cost would be?
