leftover children table service credits
Hi. I'm planning a trip for some friends. The adults are going to enjoy a signature restaurant one night while the kids go to a kids' club. As a result of the signature experience, they have decided to pay for 1 meal out of pocket during their trip so that they will still have a sit down meal each day. They decided on Sci Fi Diner since it's not as expensive. The plan is for the adults to pay for their meals out of pocket, but still use the dining plan to pay for the KIDS' MEALS since they will have some extra credits. Is this possible or will it be really complicated for the waiter/waitress? I don't want there to be a mistake whereby the dining plan is used on the adults too (since all the remaining adult credits are already allocated for later in the week). Thanks!

It is absolutely possible. All you have to do is tell the server BEFORE you order that the children's meals will be paid with dining credits and the adults' will not.
Children's credits can only be used for children's menu meals, so there's no way they can be spent on an adult meal. If the children are older than 9, they will have adult credits, this would be taken care of by explaining to the server which meals are being paid for with DDP and which are not.
