My Disney Experience...Making an ADR

I am trying to make an ADR on the new My Disney Experience site for the first time and it keeps timing out. The reservation I'm trying to make is for 10 people and after I get all the names entered....why do I have to give everyone's name?! I click "Done" and it goes to the timed out page. I don't know if it's because it's taking me awhile to enter all the names or if it's just how the site is. Any tips?

No tips, but I would guess that they want all of the names in order to cut down on people making multiple reservations for the same time period.

I've used the app for dining several times while down here. It definitely can be quirky. Try again and if it does the same thing, I'd just call WDW Dining.

oh wow-- that would take forever to make a bunch of ADRs for 16 people for 7 days if we have to enter all the names for each reservation.

Well, so far My Experience is pretty fustrating. I never could do the ADR online it kept timing out, so then I called, was on hold forever, finally got someone, got not even 1/2 through making the reservation and was disconnected. What a pain.

When you call ask for tech support.
I spent about 20 minutes last week OTP with the nicest tech support guy. He linked all my reservations onto MDE
Why I couldn't do it remains a question for the ages

I made an ADR on the iPhone app today for this coming weekend. 5 people. It didn't ask me to enter any names. Just had to log in with my account and choose the number of people in my party, and then the date and time.

Are you all talking about the website? Weird that the two would be different.

I cancelled, made and changed reservations on both ipad and iphone using MDE...after the tech support guy gave me the initial assist

technically my 180 is tomorrow but i thought anyone staying on property got +10?? shouldnt i have been able to make ressies?

The site is horrible it is getting a little bit better but I have had to call many times just to get a ressie. They say it is not available and it is. Good luck. I just call and stay on hold forever now. So frustrated.
